About The Owner
Ali (pronounced Ally), is a young artist from Southern California, who has been drawing since the 6th grade. Her first art piece was a quirky drawing of Garfield. At a young age she realized drawing was an outlet which drove her to draw all through high school and improve her skills by enrolling in various art classes. She unfortunately put her artistry on hold at the start of her early adult years due to major life changes. One of which being, her decision to join the U.S. Air Force at 18. Leaving home and learning a new way of life resulted in her losing sight of her passion for art. The combination of moving into her first apartment that was a more stable emotional environment and realizing how expensive making that apartment into a home would be, lit the need to create Risky Lines. She realized she could cut the cost of wall art by more than half if she created her own art in the style she always admired. Minimal, elegant, yet a little risky, is how she describes her new creations. Below you will see her favorite pieces she has created and used to decorate the home she always dreamed of. She hopes you fall in love with these handmade, sustainable art pieces like she has.
